Connecting With The Sound Of The ’70s

PLAYING the role of a living celebrity on the big screen is not the easiest thing to do. More so if that celebrity is also the director of the film.

For Benjamin Kheng, working with Dick Lee on Wonder Boy allowed him to widen his appeal.

Already well regarded for his role in pop group The Sam Willows, Kheng has also enjoyed acting. But his role as Richard Lee in Wonder Boy opened his eyes and ears to the formative era of Singapore’s pop music scene.

Wonder Boy is currently showing in cinemas.
