Better understand and appreciate the latest in Japanese food with a series of demonstrations and hands-on workshops on temari sushi and matcha tiramisu on the October 29. There will also be more than 1,000 products, from 300 exhibitors from Japan’s 40 prefectures. Trade visitors can head down on the October 27 and 28 to meet with exhibitors and learn from experts. The Masterclass series, an in-depth workshop conducted by local and Japanese experts, is a must for those in the industry.
