The Butcher’s Block is the final F&B outlet to open at the revamped Raffles Hotel Singapore.
The restaurant focuses on sustainability and meat, a combination that is curated to ensure that whatever carcass is brought into the restaurant is completely utilised. And if a choice cut is not available, then you’ll have to wait till the next carcass is brought in.
The 44-seater serves a range of meats and wines to complement.
The warm setting is conducive for sealing the deal — be it a business matter or a romantic connection.
The OAK Table is a great space for a get-together dinner on a Friday or Saturday. The communal space seats 8 and at $398++ a head, you get what’s the choice selection for the day.
Butcher’s Block is open daily for dinner, from 6pm.
