THE Singapore orchid gets its own Phantom.
The unique white Rolls-Royce Phantom Orchid was conceptualised in 2019 and delivered to its owner in 2022.
While unveiled with some flourish, the end result requires closer scrutiny to spot its unique features.
The extended wheelbase Phantom in Arctic white paintwork has a hint of violet with wine glass particles worked into it to create a pearlescent finish, and is matched by white upholstery.
This bespoke Roller has subtle orchids on the exterior and a gallery featuring Singapore’s National flower, along with other orchid motifs. It certainly doesn’t leap out to announce its difference.
Creating the gallery that sits prominently in the dashboard proved the most challenging aspect of the design. The design process went through 8 rounds of internal changes, but the outcome was immediately accepted by the customer.
The extended wheelbase models start from S$2.1 million, but the final price of this white Phantom after all the bespoke work is shrouded in secrecy.
Would you drive it or nurture it and watch its value appreciate?
