So, You Want To Be A Mentor?

MANY people feel they have lived exciting lives and packed a lot of life experiences that they would like to impat to others.

Other than writing a book or joining a lecture circuit, mentoring would be another route to consider.

But it’s probably not for everyone. Some people are good at doing things but not so good at communicating how they achieve their results.

Others are quite happy to share their experiences, but forget what’s the end game.

What should mentors bear in mind if they are open to the process?

Some suggestions include being open to learning while being a mentor. Knowing when to let go. Effectively communicating what’s on your mind.
