The Rise Of The UnRetired — WED WEB CHAT

WED WEB CHAT Unretiring

RETIREMENT, often viewed as just reward after a lifetime of hard work, has undergone some major rethinks.

We now live longer, healthier lives and this is changing the way we think and view the entire concept or retirement.

Our thoughts are more aimed towards a third phase of life, and reinventing ourselves with greater purpose and meaning.

But some old expectations, mindsets and practices still remain. But in a world that has changed drastically in the past few decades, is retirement even a viable option?

The panel discussing The Rise Of The UnRetired on Wednesday 5 October (12:45-1:30pm SGT) comprises “retirees” who are still very much engaged in activities and jobs that fully utilise their expertise.

What are their views on retirement and how do they balance their lives as they continue to work?
