SOMETIMES, well-intentioned parents can derail their children’s true potential.
At the recent Keep It Going: By Design discussion, chef Audra Morrice explained how passion needs to drive some of the decisions in life. And that children should be allowed to grow up to make the decisions about their own future.
As a successful executive in the telecom industry, Audra took the plunge to explore her culinary instincts and joined the Australian MasterChef series. She placed second and has gone on to become the judge for the Singapore series.
Kenneth Tan, founder of BeLive, explored the potential of new tools for media and started the live-streaming platform. He says that creativity will always be needed to keep progressing.
